Linney Cottage is a sunny terraced cottage converted from a barn in a collection of cottages in the grounds of Dittisham Court on the hillside in the Devon riverside village of Dittisham. The cottage sleeps five people in a twin and a single on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and a double on the top floor with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor is a sitting room with dining area and French windows to steps down to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with furniture down 11 steps, leading to four acres of communal grounds with lawns and an orchard.
